This easy to use lathe tapering dead center makes cutting tapers a simple task. Achieve highly accurate tapers without expensive retro-fit kits, or altering your tailstock or cross slide setup.

Made of hardened and ground alloy steel, this 2 Morse Taper dead center has the tapering adjustment built in. By turning either of the side knobs, you can move to the left or right for tapers up to six degrees. The attachment has easy to read divisions of 0.5 mm (0.20″) offset.
